Shipping

We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional.
Our Shipping, Handling, and insurance charges are very competitive.

  •  Money Order or Cashier's Check
  •  Company and Personal checks welcomed. However, they require 3-4 days to clear our bank.
  •  We accept C.O.D. for sales in the U.S.A. only.

Return Policy

  •  Items must be returned within ten days of receipt
  •  Items will only be accepted if unused and pristine condition.
  •  Warranty card must be blank
  •  Packaging and manuals must be 100% intact and in pristine condition
  •  If the above is adhered to and the item is returned for an exchange, there is NO restocking charge.
  •  If the above is adhered to and the item is returned for a refund the restocking charge is 5%.
    ( Note: our "competition" typically charge 15%)

Note: Policy on returns from countries other than the U.S.A. vary. Please check with your sales person.

Defective Policy

If an item proves to be defective within 10 days, our general policy is to Exchange the item with a new replacement. The item and packaging must have been kept in brand new condition in all aspects other than the defect. All of our merchandise is covered by full USA Manufacturers Warranty.
