Chocolate Banana Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 PROfeel® Chocolate pudding​
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds with milk and stir well​
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes, stir again, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight​
  3. Layer PROfeel® Chocolate pudding and chia pudding in a glass or jar
  4. Add banana slices between layers and on top
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you like
