Chocolate Banana Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 PROfeel® Chocolate pudding
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup milk or milk alternative
- 1 banana, sliced
- 0 honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Mix chia seeds with milk and stir well
- Let sit for 5 minutes, stir again, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight
- Layer PROfeel® Chocolate pudding and chia pudding in a glass or jar
- Add banana slices between layers and on top
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you like
