Frozen Chocolate Protein Sandwiches
Creamy chocolate protein pudding frozen between two oat cookies. A cold, satisfying treat that tastes like a classic ice cream sandwich - just smarter.

Ingredients
- 1 PROfeel Chocolate Protein Pudding
- 8 oat cookies (store-bought or homemade)
- 0 Dark chocolate chips or shavings (optional)
- 0 Sea salt flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Line a tray or plate with baking paper
- Spoon a generous layer of PROfeel Chocolate Protein Pudding onto the flat side of a cookie
- Press a second cookie on top to make a sandwich
- Repeat with the remaining cookies
- Place on the tray and freeze for at least 2 hours until firm
- Roll the edges in chocolate chips or sprinkle with sea salt if you like
- Serve straight from the freezer
