Protein Caramel Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 PROfeel® Caramel Pudding
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of flour
- ¾ cup of milk or milk alternative
- 2 tsp baking powder (if you prefer your pancakes fluffy)
- 0 Your favorite pancake toppings
Instructions
- Add the PROfeel® Caramel Pudding, egg, flour, and milk to a bowl
- Mix ingredients evenly with a whisk or fork
- Heat and add butter to a large saucepan
- Use a spoon or measuring cup to add evenly-sized dollops of batter to the hot pan
- Cook until brown, then flip and cook the other side
- Plate and add your favourite toppings
