Protein Tiramisu Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 PROfeel® Chocolate Protein Pudding
  • 6 ladyfinger biscuits
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • Dark chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool completely
  2. Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the coffee - don't soak, just a fast dip
  3. Place a layer of dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a cup or glass
  4. Spoon a generous layer of PROfeel® Chocolate Protein Pudding on top
  5. Repeat the layers until the cup is full
  6. Dust generously with cocoa powder
  7. Add dark chocolate shavings if you like
  8. Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately - both are great!
