Protein Tiramisu Cups
All the layers you love about tiramisu - coffee-soaked ladyfingers, rich chocolate pudding, and a dusting of cocoa - with a serious protein boost. No baking, no fuss, just a dessert that really delivers.

Ingredients
- 1 PROfeel® Chocolate Protein Pudding
- 6 ladyfinger biscuits
- ½ cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 0 Cocoa powder for dusting
- 0 Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and let it cool completely
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the coffee - don't soak, just a fast dip
- Place a layer of dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a cup or glass
- Spoon a generous layer of PROfeel® Chocolate Protein Pudding on top
- Repeat the layers until the cup is full
- Dust generously with cocoa powder
- Add dark chocolate shavings if you like
- Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately - both are great!
