Spider Cookie Sandwiches

Two biscuits, one creepy filling. PROfeel® Chocolate Pudding sandwiched between biscuits, decorated with chocolate-drizzle legs and candy eyes. Lunchbox-friendly fright.

Ingredients

  • 1 PROfeel® Chocolate Pudding
  • 8 round biscuits
  • 0  A little melted dark chocolate (for legs)
  • 0  Candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Spoon a generous layer of PROfeel® Chocolate Pudding onto half the biscuits.
  2. Press a second biscuit on top of each to make sandwiches.
  3. Pipe four chocolate "legs" out of each side.
  4. Stick two candy eyes on top with a dot of chocolate.
  5. Chill for 15 minutes to firm up the legs, then serve.
