Our PROfeel® products are manufactured in Finland.
Are the PROfeel® products made with Pasteurized milk?
Yes, our PROfeel® products are made with pasteurized milk from cows.
Do the PROfeel® products have rBST?
Our PROfeel® product are made with milk from cows not treated with rBST. The Food and Drug Administration has determined that there is no significant difference between milk derived from rBST-treated cows and non-rBST-treated cows.
How long can I consume the PROfeel® product after opening?
Our product is a single portion. We recommend you consume the product after opening and do not place it back into the refrigerator.
If I leave the PROfeel® products out in ambient temperature, can I still consume the product?
No, this product is a refrigerated item.
What is the shelf life of the PROfeel® products?
The shelf life of our products is 120 days from the manufacturing date.
Can the PROfeel® products be frozen?
No, the product cannot be frozen. This will greatly affect the texture of the product, and you will not have the same experience.
Can I eat the PROfeel® products after the code date?
We do not recommend consuming PROfeel® products post the best before date found on the lid. We recommend eating our products within the best before date stamped on the cup.
Are PROfeel® puddings Kosher?
No, our products are not certified Kosher.

PROfeel® puddings are not gluten free.
Are PROfeel® puddings lactose free?
All PROfeel® puddings are lactose free. The product contains the lactase enzyme.

Yes, our product has a PDCAAS score is 1 for our milk protein.
Do PROfeel® puddings have artificial sweeteners?
Yes, our PROfeel® puddings do contain artificial sweeteners.

Yes, our PROfeel® puddings are naturally and artificially flavored.
What kind of protein does PROfeel® products contain?
Our PROfeel® puddings contain natural and high-quality whey (milk) protein with all the essential amino acids the body needs.
Can a pregnant woman eat PROfeel® puddings?
PROfeel® puddings are perfectly safe for a pregnant woman. Protein is needed during and after pregnancy, therefore the puddings are a good addition to a balanced variety diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always check with your doctor on your protein goals and intake.
What is the recommended amount of protein one can consume daily?
The recommended amount of protein is about 10 to 35 % of the energy consumed per day. With adults, it usually means 0.8 grams per kg of bodyweight per day. Daily intake varies according to age, life situation and activity. Always check with your doctor on your intake.
Can children eat Valio PROFeel® puddings?
Our PROfeel® products are safe for children. In fact, protein is needed for normal growth and development of bones.

Are the PROfeel® containers recyclable?
Yes, please remove the lid and label around the cup. Rinse the cup and recycle. The number 6 is located at the bottom of the cup and please follow the recycling process of your area.

Yes, we have the Rain Forest Alliance certification for our cocoa powder used in our Chocolate flavored products.
