  • 1 large whole-grain tortilla
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • A handful of almonds, crushed
  • Cinnamon (as much as you like)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat and spread PROfeel® Caramel pudding evenly over the surface
  2. Arrange apple slices across the middle
  3. Sprinkle with crushed almonds and a generous pinch of cinnamon
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you like
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap
  6. Slice in half and serve as is or warm in a pan for 1–2 minutes until slightly golden
