Chocolate Raspberry Protein Crepes

Ingredients

    Chocolate Protein Pudding
  • 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¾ cup milk or milk alternative
  • A handful of fresh raspberries
  • Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add egg (or flax egg), flour, and milk to a bowl and whisk until smooth
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a thin layer of batter
  3. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side
  4. Repeat until all batter is used
  5. Spread PROfeel® Chocolate pudding over each crepe
  6. Add fresh raspberries and fold or roll
  7. Dust with powdered sugar if desired
  8. Serve immediately
