Chocolate Raspberry Protein Crepes

- 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
- ½ cup flour
- ¾ cup milk or milk alternative
- 0 A handful of fresh raspberries
- 0 Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Add egg (or flax egg), flour, and milk to a bowl and whisk until smooth
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a thin layer of batter
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side
- Repeat until all batter is used
- Spread PROfeel® Chocolate pudding over each crepe
- Add fresh raspberries and fold or roll
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired
- Serve immediately
