Protein Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

    Chocolate Protein Pudding
  • 4 thick slices of brioche
  • 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
  • ¼ cup milk or milk alternative
  • A handful of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • Powdered sugar or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread PROfeel® Chocolate pudding generously over two slices of brioche
  2. Top with fresh berries and press the remaining slices on top to make two sandwiches
  3. Whisk the egg with milk in a shallow bowl
  4. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides
  5. Pan-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden
  6. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with maple syrup
  7. Serve warm and dig in
