Protein Stuffed French Toast
Thick brioche slices stuffed with rich chocolate protein pudding and fresh berries, pan-fried until golden. A brunch-worthy treat that hits differently when it's also packed with protein.

- 4 thick slices of brioche
- 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
- ¼ cup milk or milk alternative
- 0 A handful of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 0 Powdered sugar or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Spread PROfeel® Chocolate pudding generously over two slices of brioche
- Top with fresh berries and press the remaining slices on top to make two sandwiches
- Whisk the egg with milk in a shallow bowl
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides
- Pan-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with maple syrup
- Serve warm and dig in
