  • 1 egg
  • 100 mL flour
  • 200 mL milk or milk alternative
  • 2 tsp baking powder (if you prefer your pancakes fluffy)
  • Your favorite pancake toppings

Instructions

  1. Add the PROfeel™ Caramel Pudding, egg, flour, and milk to a bowl
  2. Mix ingredients evenly with a whisk or fork
  3. Heat and add butter to a large saucepan
  4. Use a spoon or measuring cup to add evenly-sized dollops of batter to the hot pan
  5. Cook until brown, then flip and cook the other side
  6. Plate and add your favourite toppings
